From 16 to 18 June 2025, we successfully conducted a 3-day Siemens S7-1200 PLC Training under HRDCorp claim for 2 engineers from a leading Malaysian manufacturing company in Johor specializing in self-adhesive label stock production.

The session, held at our training centre, covered Basic to Intermediate levels using Siemens TIA Portal V18 with KTP400 HMI. Participants gained hands-on experience and practical knowledge in:

From 23–25 June 2025, we conducted a 3-Day Intensive Training at our Johor Bahru centre for 2 engineers from a prominent Malaysian EPCC company specializing in oil, gas, petrochemical & storage solutions.

The session was HRDCorp-claimable and focused on Siemens S7-1200 & our newly added S7-1500 PLC using Siemens TIA Portal V18 software.

This intermediate to advanced-level training included hands-on configuration, HMI (KTP400), SCADA integration, and OPC/Webserver applications. Participants also learned effective backup & restore methods, real-time troubleshooting, and practical hardware wiring with project-based application.

We recently had the privilege to host an engineer from a Johor-based halal-certified manufacturer and exporter of frozen flatbreads, roti paratha, tortillas, and pizza bases for a specialized 5-day training session at AS Automation Services Johor Bahru.
