- 🔄 Registration Process & Submission Flow.
- Kindly follow all instructions within the registration form to ensure smooth processing and accurate coordination.
- Fill in all required information in the Forklift Training Registration Request Form. Once completed, click “Send”.
- Upon form submission:
- Your request will be received and reviewed by AS Automation Services, acting as the official third-party marketer and training coordination partner.
- Your details will then be forwarded to the appointed trainer or training provider who will handle the next steps.
- From that point onward, all direct communications regarding the training will be handled by the trainer/provider, including course confirmation, technical clarifications, documentation, and scheduling.
- A quotation/proposal, along with the course structure and schedule, will be shared with you shortly after submission, usually within 2–3 working days.
- A Certificate of Completion will be issued to all participants who complete the training and pass the safety and skills assessment. This certificate serves as proof of forklift operation qualification, useful for compliance, site access, or employment verification.
- 🏗️ Training Mode: Onsite / In-House Only :- This course is conducted exclusively as Onsite or In-House Training. We do not provide online or virtual options for forklift safety handling due to the essential practical components.
- Training Equipment & Setup Includes:
- Forklift unit (or use of client’s forklift, if available and approved)
- Safety cones, area markers, and course layout setup
- Training manuals and safety briefing kits
- PPE advisory for participants (helmet, vest, safety shoes)
- Venue Requirements:“For Forklift Training, it is suitable to be made in a wide area and without vehicles going in and out, so that the participants can carry the forklift safely.” The client must ensure that the training is conducted in an open, spacious area that is free from other vehicle movement, to maintain a safe environment for practical operation and skill testing.
- 📅 Training Schedule & Confirmation :- Training dates are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 📌 Note on HRDCorp Grant (Starting January 2025). :- For companies applying through HRDCorp Grant: The training will only be confirmed and scheduled after receiving formal approval from HRDCorp confirming the grant is approved. We recommend early planning to avoid delays in grant processing and training arrangement.
