That being said we want you to know that our Terms and Conditions are designed to make you aware that we'll never share your private data, our site is secure and your consumer rights are protected.

ASASMY Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ASASMY service and website. By visiting the ASASMY website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Terms of Contract When you Register for our training course , fill up our customer contact detail to communicate with or order our automation spares products via our website (www.asasmy.com) we will treat that action as an offer for register , Communicate and order. Once the registration , contact detail or order is placed you will receive a reply as soon as possible in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Trainers traveling to client site Terms & Conditions:
Confirmation Process: Quotation sent from ASASMY -> Purchase Order from marketer -> Training Confirm**. After training ends, the Invoice from ASASMY, and once payment is done Official Receipt from ASASMY.
Marketers can prepare the agreement if needed for hiring us.*

Returns for parts and supplies
You have the right to cancel your order and Returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please notify us through our email or by phone of your intention to return your item(s) within this time and we will promptly issue a return. You must return your item(s) within 14 days of your Returns Number being issued. Due to the volume of orders and stock we handle, returns will only be accepted for credit or refund.
If you've ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, please return it in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). You must not write anything on the item, its packaging or instructions. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you.
Goods returned because they are faulty or defective must be returned in the condition you received them. For Malaysian orders, we will pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us. For orders outside Malaysia, you will need to pay the return carriage costs.
Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
Provided that you return your item(s) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions we will refund what you've paid for the item(s) or replace or exchange the item(s) if applicable. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are made using the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Faulty Goods The following information is intended as a guideline. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

Liability
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
We will do our best to get all orders/projects/training/consultation dispatched/complete/conduct as quickly/effectively/properly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Specifications & Suitability(Spares)
- Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. ASASMY shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an appliance. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
- Manufacturers names are used for reference only. Products listed as a genuine part are made by the manufacturer and generic parts are listed as compatible with the manufacturer's finished model number.
- We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. ASASMY cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.
- Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair your appliance. ASASMY cannot be held responsible if the appliance is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified technician.
- Any parts/product related to PLC, HMI or SCADA we sell .
Parts Below RM3000. "Client Must order and pay the invoice first".
Parts/Product Above RM3000. " Invoice will be sent and payment term is 30 Days" , Over Due "Interest will be implemented 5% for each Month".
Part/Product or Training Kits Price Above RM10000.00 : "once PO Received , Quote and Invoice will be sent to client to settle 30% of the initial amount first for order conformation" . "70% will be settle by client upon completion or delivery".

Trainers traveling to client site Terms & Conditions:
- Traveling expenses and dinner will be the responsibility of ASASMY(AS Automation Services). (Only for Semenanjung Malaysia).
- Lunch & Tea break at the training client site, Accommodation/hotel responsible by "marketer". Marketers must book one room for a trainer. (Only for Semenanjung Malaysia).
- For Sabah and Sarawak State traveling, the client(marketer) must sponsor ASASMY traveling (flight) and accommodation (2 separate rooms) for 2 trainers.
- Participant Certificate, Training Manual, Attendance & Participants Evaluation Forms will be provided by the marketer. (ASASMY will provide the softcopy for the marketer to edit the front page with their company name and print).
- ASASMY will bring all the equipment needed for the training: for example laptops, PLCs, power supply, projector, and ext...
- One laptop, PLC, and tools were shared by two participants for training more than 4 pax.
- The client (Marketer) site, will have to provide a whiteboard and a nearby power supply port with a proper training room.
- If Training is Held at the client site (In-House Client Place), Minimum Pax: 4, Max 10.
- If Training is Held at my place (In-House Training Provider Lab HQ, Johor Bahru), Minimum: 2, Max: 10.
- We only give 3 days, Basic to Intermediate & 5 days Basic to Advance training. Course structure under chosen PLC Model will be given for marketer reference. Please refer to our course brand and model menu here: - MENU

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
- We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavor to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.
- ASASMY has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund via our online Your Account facility or by contacting our Customer Services department.
- Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.
- Payment must be made according to course structure ONE week in advance , no delay is aloud. If late payment,Student will NOT able to continue the course , this will effect your course duration time , so please settle the payment for the course on time before training begins.
- Payment can be done in ASASMY office or can be paid online trough any Malaysian bank or you can banking to ASASMY bank account and give us your payment resit at our office(a official receipt will be given once payment received).
- If you have over paid or paid less , We will contact the client or please call us or come to our office for inquiry , please bring your print slip of your payment online or banking as prove.
- Once the deposit has been paid, the date is blocked, no refund will be issued. But we can move to another date in a 3 month period of time.
- With this rule you can follow your course structure with no problem and go trough ASASMY success.
- ASAS reserves the right to revise its fees at its discretion.
- For Parts and industrial automation supply , If your delivery address is outside Malaysia, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your ASASMY order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
- Confirmation Process for training, services and supply :
Quotation sent from asasmy -> Purchase Order from marketer -> PO Confirm** . After training ends, Invoice from ASASMY and once payment done Official Receipt from asasmy.

Course Rule (Important):
- All Course Given Is Specially Design By ASAS With HRDF Approval.
- Student Can Claim form HRDF for the course.
- If you are qualified according to specification you will able to register for the situated course.
- Rule & Regulation + Privacy&Policies are strictly follow and its a must!.
- This Certificates(Hard-copy & Digital Copy) will be given to the student who have completed the course , Two Project must be completed by the participant at the last day of the training.
- Lecture Sessions will be provided by asas(student can choose the section for their course according their need of time to attend the classes).
- Student Will Be able to request for manual emailed/given a PDF File(soft copy) and given in hand a ASAS Notes (hard copy) after the Registration & Payment is done so students can prepare their first class.
- Internet is given for student with a WiFi Password(if they are using laptops or phone), STRICTLY NO DOWNLOADS or Wasting time with social website on lecture time.
- Do Not Touch or Use any component without class lecturers permission . If Spoil or Broken , Deposit will not be given back.(IMPORTANT)
- Please Attend For every class according to your course structure , as student should not absent more than 3 classes , unless if you have a valid reason.(Attendance will effect your mark too).
- Attire in ASASMY is Important. No Graffiti Shirt with offending graphic, Short Pants , Singlet is aloud in ASASMY.
- Communication must be proper and nice , do not speak in harsh language in ASASMY .
- Your Attitude will decide your success , so please follow this rules and regulations.
Delivery for parts and supplies.
- Most items will be delivered using Skynet or DHL but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier(DHL).
- If you haven't received your items within 2 weeks of the date of dispatch, they can be declared "lost in transit" and we will arrange a replacement order. For deliveries outside of the Malaysia, we need to wait 3 weeks before a missing order can be declared "lost in transit".
- Usual Delivery time "Item below 10k" : 2 to 4 weeks.
Item or product above 10k : " 3 weeks to 5 weeks".
Assemble products "training kits or machines" : 8 weeks or above.
International Orders We are unable to accept orders from the following countries:
- Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
- Russia.
- Cuba.
- Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Former Republic of Yugoslavia.
- Iran.
- Iraq.

- Liberia.

- Should a fault occur with the item(s) within 28 days of delivery you will be offered the choice of a replacement or refund.
- If there is a fault with your product or other defect with your order within 12 months of delivery we will normally offer a replacement or repair.
- This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Spares that must be fitted internally are also guaranteed for three months, provided they have been fitted by a suitably qualified and competent person.
