Applying For Training Courses In ASAS
Provisional Apply can be made via letter, phone, email([email protected]) or Straight visit us at our office at NO 9-01, JALAN PERTAMA 5, PUSAT PERDAGANGAN DANGA UTAMA, 81300, JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR, MALAYSIA. Confirmation in writing with Purchase Order Number is required 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course. Dates may be offered to other customers after this date. Joining instructions are sent out two weeks prior to commencement of the course.
Applying Training Grant HRDCorp Malaysia (For Malaysian Client Only) Under government Sponsor:
*"SBL-KHAS" SCHEME is now renamed as "HRD CORP CLAIMABLE COURSES"
The Client must be registred under HRDCorp as an EMPLOYER for this application.
Only Malaysian participant are strictly aloud under this scheme.
A Proposal will be given to client according to the chosen PLC Brand and model to proceed to apply for the grant through HRDCorp etris system.

In the SBL Khas Application, we don't have any specific PLC model. Have to choose PLC,HMI and SCADA Training.
Please chop & sign the confirmation page 7 in the proposal and send it back to us.
After applying for the HRDCorp Claimable Course Grant please screenshot the application summary and email back to us.
Current available date will be given for application after further discussion.
Course Times
The normal training day is defined as being 09:00 to 17:00(GMT+8). Alternative arrangements can be made for customized and on-site courses.
Invoicing and Payment Under Company Sponsor
Fees are based upon payment to be received within 30 days of invoice date. Should you be unable to meet these terms, please advise us, as we will be able to re-quote on your payment terms. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. New Customers are required to pay Pro Forma for first course.
Confirmation Process under ASASMY/ASASMY-PLT :
Quotation sent from ASASMY -> Purchase Order from marketer -> Training Confirm** . After training ends, Invoice from ASASMY and once payment done Official Receipt from ASASMY.

Cancellation Charges
Training date booking will only be done once deposit is made, once deposit is made there will be NO REFUND. Unless under any circumstances occur on Trainers site, participant/trainee can extend/move the training to another date.

- The employer does not require paying the training fees to the training provider to reduce the employer’s burden because the training fees are paid by HRDC Grant.
- Minimum no of pax is 2, Maximum no of pax is 8
- Training fee is according to HRDC's cost matrix.
- *Others expenses please refer to the Allowable cost matrix as Attached*.
- HRDC Grant under SBL Khas Scheme (HRDCorp Claimable Course) to be claimed by the Training Provider.
- Application must be submitted by employers 1 weeks before training date commencement.

To postpone a course the request must be made in writing with at least 10 working days notice. An Register Fees of 50% of the official invoice per Students will be payable. Normal cancellation is not acceptable but can postponed the dates in 3 months duration. In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances ASAS reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. ASAS also reserves the right to reschedule a course subject to written notice to confirmed participants not later than 10 working days prior to the course start. ASAS will not be liable for any consequential loss incurred by the customer or its trainees as a result of the course postponement or cancellation.
